TrainerHQ is not a medical service and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance. Users should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or before beginning a new fitness or nutrition program.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security.
Personal information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.

The request should be sent from the email address associated with the account. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
If an in-app account deletion option is available, users may also submit their request directly through the app.
TrainerHQ may send push notifications related to workouts, appointments, messages, program updates, billing, and account activity. Users may manage notification permissions through their device settings.
TrainerHQ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
TrainerHQ may use third-party services for hosting, payment processing, notifications, analytics, communications, or other app functionality. Use of those services may also be governed by the privacy policies of the applicable third parties.
